5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳10,200 with a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 gives a total balance of ৳20,200 and a wagering requirement of ৳10,000 × 15 = ৳1,50,000.
5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the full wagering requirement must be met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.
VIP tier progression is determined based on a member's overall activity on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to the account each week.
Gaming and Betting Terms
6.1 General Rules of Play
The results of all games displayed on kg999 are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The rules of each individual game are described within that game, and users should read them before starting to play.
If a game or round is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, that round will be considered void and the stake placed in that round will be returned. However, the results of completed rounds will not be changed.
6.2 Sports Betting Terms

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering

Attempting to launder illegal funds through the platform is completely prohibited, and any such suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. If an unusual transaction pattern is detected, kg999 may temporarily suspend the account and conduct a review.
